Terms and conditions

We advise you to carefully read the terms and conditions below before using our online store. As long as you continue with the purchase in the online store Hill-Ride, means that you are familiar with and agree to the entire general terms and conditions of business. Company Hill-Ride, represented by Tina Strnišnik Golob s.p. reserves the right to change the conditions in the online store Hill-Ride. All changes are binding for customers, so we recommend that you regularly review the terms of business.

Shipping Policy

Order processing usually takes about 1 business day. Delivery is usualy done within 3-8 days but can sometimes take up to 14 days (depends on country, customs, distance etc.) Who is delivering? Global Express, DPD, DHL, UPS are used for countries around Europe and Pošta Slovenije for Slovenia. Standard delivery times: Slovenia: we deliver most packages on the next working day after notification of dispatch. Austria and Germany: 5-8 working days France: 7-10 working days ​ In the case of choosing the payment method by bank transfer to the Hill-Ride account (according to the offer/proforma invoice), the delivery may be delayed, as the order goes into the processing process after receiving the payment to our account. ​ In the case of cash payment upon home delivery, the cost increases by €1 (available only in Slovenia). In the event that not all of the ordered items are in stock, we usually complete the order when we receive all the items in stock. If you decide on a partial delivery, we will charge you the delivery cost for each shipment separately. You can collect the shipment in person or have an authorized representative, legal representative or guardian collect it on your behalf. ​ If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, delivery service will send you a message with instructions on where you can pick up the package or who can you contact to have the package redelivered to you. You can also arrange a new delivery date by phone with the delivery person. You will receive the invoice for your order within 24 hours to the e-mail address with which you submitted the online order. Hill-Ride reserves the right to split the order into multiple shipments due to different delivery times for the items in the order. After submitting an online order, it is no longer possible to change the method of delivery or collection of the item. The package goes from us as soon as possible. ​ ​

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Before return please contact: hill.ride.sales@gmail.com or call: 00386 40 210 520 For a refund of the full value of the item, the item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The article can also be returned in person at the address Vranje 30, 8290 Sevnica, after prior agreement. In the case of returning an item in non-original packaging, an amount of €5 will be deducted from the return. The cost of postage is not refundable.

General terms and conditions of the online store and information about the provider

General conditions of the online store Hill-Ride are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1). The Hill-Ride online store is an information system designed to present and sell products to the user. It is managed by the company Tina Strnišnik Golob s.p., hereinafter the provider/shop/Hill-Ride. A user is a person who uses our system, i.e. a customer in an online store. When registering in the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address, which he determines in his profile, and a password. The user name and password unambiguously determine and associate the user with the filled-in data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store Hill-Ride, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer. Availability of information

Ordering

Ordering is done online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The consumer chooses and orders the products available in the online store, classified in categories. Ordering in our online store is safe and easy. You can make a purchase in the Hill-Ride store in five steps: choose a product or products and add them to the cart, review the shopping cart, enter your account and delivery information, select the delivery and payment method, and confirm the order. We then deliver the selected goods to your chosen address as soon as possible. DELIVERY TIME: usually: - Slovenia: 2-5 working days from receipt of payment - Germany, Austria, France: 5-8 working days from receipt of payment - Other EU countries; 5-12 working days from receipt of payment PRICE LIST: Packaging = free Postage is determined during order based on your coutry. In cases when there are additional costs for delivery (delivery on islands or outside of EU or areas where standard postage is not available we might contact you and inform you about options for delivery. You can enter your notes in the Order Notes field. Under the Your order tab, you can also choose the delivery method and the payment method. After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the buyer. About a possible change to the order or cancellation, the buyer must inform the provider about this at the e-mail address hill.ride.sales@gmail.com , where he must also indicate the purchase number, which is mentioned in the e-mail about the purchase. After placing the order, you will receive a notification by e-mail "Your order from...", with which we confirm the receipt of the order in the queue. You usually receive an email notification within 5 minutes, but this time may be extended due to different settings of email clients.

After placing the order

Hill-Ride reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that the item is no longer in stock or the prices are obviously incorrect, which may arise in the event of errors in automated transfers, of which we will notify you as soon as possible. In case of ambiguity, checking data or ensuring correct delivery, we can call you on the phone number you entered when placing the order. We will prepare the goods within the agreed time and send them to your address. You will also be informed about this, we will send you the notification "Your order has been completed" to your e-mail address. In the event that you have ordered goods that cannot be delivered within the promised time due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you of the new delivery time by phone or to your e-mail address. Through e-mail, the buyer can also be informed on the fly about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of items. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can notify hill.ride.sales@gmail.com or by phone to remove the item from the order. Hill-Ride returns any funds already paid to the buyer, and the remaining items from the order are at the buyer's choice - either shipped and delivered or canceled the entire order. If the supplier does not confirm the availability of the ordered items no later than two weeks from the date of placing the order, the Hill-Ride rejects the customer's order because the item is not available. On the day of rejection, the customer's order ceases to be valid. Hill-Ride does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of items that Hill-Ride does not have it in stock in its own warehouse, except to the extent that the company Hill-Ride or a person for whom the company is responsible would cause it intentionally or through negligence. Hill-Ride prepares, sends or prepares the article for personal collection within the agreed period and informs the buyer about this by e-mail or SMS message. In the e-mail, the buyer is also informed about the withdrawal policy, where to contact in the event of a delivery delay and where to contact in the event of a complaint. SMS messages that are a response to the notification about the preparation and dispatch of the shipment by the courier (GLS, Global Express, UPS, DHL or Pošta Slovenija) Hill-ride is not received, so customers are asked not to reply to SMS messages, but to contact us via the listed contacts (e-mail and phone). In the event that the buyer decides to cancel the order in time, he must notify the seller immediately on the general assistance telephone number +386 40 210 520 or by e-mail to the address hill.ride.sales@gmail.com. If it happens that the order has already been shipped, the buyer rejects the shipment to the delivery service. The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. Prices are valid until changed and may be changed by the provider without prior notice. In the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will inform the buyer about this. The provider will try to the best of its ability in every case to provide the customer with a lower price or to offer an appropriate solution that will satisfy both parties. Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in the online store: Payment upon collection (only available in Slovenia, with surcharge 1.50 EUR) Payment with credit cards through the Stripe online system, which allows secure payment with credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express). The customer does not need to create a Stripe user account to use credit cards. The Stripe payment system is considered one of the most secure payment systems in the world.**After receiving the payment according to the offer/proforma invoice, the order goes on to the processing process.

Issuance of an invoice

Hill-Ride after the delivery of the ordered items, the invoice is also sent to the buyer's e-mail address. The invoice contains a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notification of the right to withdraw from the contract. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices. Item properties

The photos of the products are symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the products (especially in terms of color deviation). The provider does not guarantee the correctness and completeness of the data on the pages of the online store (text or image material).

Prices

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the website. A reduced price is a reduced regular price at which the presented product is sold for a fixed or indefinite period of time. All prices in the online store are product prices and do not include delivery costs unless otherwise stated. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. Despite our best efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, Hill-Ride will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase. Deposited funds from gift vouchers, bonuses and advance invoices do not bear interest. Gift vouchers and discount bonus codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Discounts and coupons are generally not cumulative, unless otherwise stated!

Payment and credit cards

In case of payment by payment or credit cards, the following conditions also apply: The payer (data in the user's account) must be the same person or organization as the owner of the payment or credit card. In the event that the details of the payer on the account and the person on the payment or credit card do not match, the provider reserves the right to cancel the order. After confirmation of receipt of the order, it is not possible to change the content of the order or of the final amount of the order, except exceptionally with the approval of the provider.

Discount codes

A discount code or a promotional code brings various advantages when purchasing via the online store hill-Ride. You can find the active code on the title page of the advertising message, in the email, Hill-Ride online store or other media. The code brings various benefits, from various gifts to discounts. Any code is always limited in time, and must be used within a limited specified period, otherwise it is invalid. If the customer uses a discount code, or later cancels the order with the used code of his own free will, he is no longer entitled to a new benefit from this code. Discount codes are not cumulative and do not apply to products on sale, unless otherwise stated. USE DISCOUNT CODE: Select the items you want to buy and add them to your cart. When you have finished adding items to your cart, continue by clicking the Checkout button. Enter your personal information and select the delivery method and specify the delivery address and select the payment method. In the same step, click on the Do you have a coupon? Click here to enter the code and enter the discount code in the Coupon Code field and confirm the entry by clicking the Enter Coupon button. When you enter discount codes, the value of the discount codes is automatically deducted from the price of your order. There remains an amount that still needs to be settled. A discount code can also be a one-time code, meaning you can only use it once. The combination of different types of benefits (discount code, promotional code and bonus) within the same order is not possible in principle. Our contractual partner for the delivery of shipments in Slovenia is Pošta Slovenija and Global Express for abroad, but Hill-Ride reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this order can be fulfilled more efficiently.

Cancel order

The user can cancel the placed order without additional costs until receiving an email about the shipment of the goods. Order cancellation can only be done at hill.ride.sales@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, the user must provide the following information: order number, first and last name of the buyer, buyer's address. In case of non-delivery of products from the order, the provider reserves the right to cancel the order if the customer does not respond to the provider's message. Before this, the provider will inform the customer via e-mail and/or contact him on the phone number provided with the order. If the customer does not respond within ten (10) working days, the provider may cancel the order. Customers who previously paid for the order via bank transfer or credit card will be refunded within five (5) working days from the cancellation of the order.

Withdrawal from the contract - return of goods

According to Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 98/04), the consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods* at their address in the case of contracts concluded at a distance or off-premises (email: hill.ride.sales@gmail.com) to withdraw from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. In this case, only the direct costs of returning the goods are charged to the consumer. If it is a mistake of the company in packaging or a damaged product, the shipping cost of returning the goods is covered by the company. In any case, the consumer must attach a completed form to the package "Form" to return or exchange goods. After receiving the goods, the company returns all payments made to the consumer in accordance with the law. Exchange of goods

The company Hill-Ride, Tina Strnišnik Golob s.p. allows the exchange of goods* as long as the desired product is in stock on the day the company physically receives the returned goods. When exchanging goods, the consumer is charged for the costs of sending the goods to the company and postage for the resending of the new package. Potential price difference betwen returned and new article is agreed by e-mail payed usualy thru proforma invoice. The exchange period is 14 days from the receipt of the goods. *The goods must be as they were received - unused, undamaged, with tags and in the original packaging.

Damaged, destroyed or lost shipment

In the case of prepayment, the provider is not responsible for physical damage, destruction or loss of the shipment from the moment of handing over the shipment, with the ordered products, to the delivery service, as well as not if the contents of the shipment are missing or if the shipment shows signs of openings (packaging has visible damage). In all of these cases, the user must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije, or contact us on e-mail hill.ride.sales@gmail.com. We will provide you with data of the delivery provider to start a complaint procedure or take the shipment to the nearest post office of delivery provider in the same condition as it was received, without adding or removing anything, and fill out a complaint report. He also informs the provider about this at the contact e-mail hill.ride.sales or by phone at +386 40 210 520.

Responsibilities of the buyer

The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the information on the invoice and to notify the seller of any errors within eight (8) days of receipt. We do not consider later complaints. Your credit card will be charged directly upon confirmation of your order. The amount that will be charged to your card may differ from the amount indicated on our site, as it depends on the surcharges or fees of your card issuer (and/or card provider) implemented during the transaction process. We are not responsible for fees related to changing exchange rates and surcharges set by your bank, as well as any other additional fees for foreign currency transactions charged to you by your card issuer, in the event that EUR is not the currency in which you your credit card issuer issues invoices.

Protection of personal data

The company Hill-Ride, Tina Strnišnik Golob s.p. undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 and ZVOP-1. Everything detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy section. The user must be aware that he is obliged to provide the online trader with his personal data in a correct and true form, and he is also obliged to inform the online trader of any change in his data. By accepting these terms and conditions, the user confirms that the personal data he has provided is correct.

Communication

Shop Hill-Ride will contact the user via means of remote communication only if the user does not expressly oppose it, and in accordance with the provisions of ZEKom-1. - The provider's advertising e-mails will contain the following components: - They will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages. The sender Hill-Ride will be clearly visible. Various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such, and the conditions of participation in them will be clearly defined. The way to unsubscribe from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented. The provider will expressly respect the user's wish not to receive advertising messages. Limitation of liability Hill-Ride makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or exchange the ordered item. The provider has the option of withdrawal from the contract only if an obvious error is found (Article 46 of the OZ). An obvious error is a mistake in the essential properties of the item and all mistakes which are considered decisive according to the customs of the trade or according to the intention of the customers and which the provider would not have confirmed or concluded a contract with if he had been aware of them. This also includes obvious pricing errors.

Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfill its duty to provide an effective complaint handling system. The appeal process is confidential. The company Hill-Ride is aware that an essential feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs required to resolve the dispute, which is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Within five working days, the provider must confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the user how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure.

Out of court resolution of consumer disputes

In accordance with legal norms, Hill-Ride does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that the consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. Hill-Ride, which as a provider of goods and services enables online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and EU countries, publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS). The aforementioned regulation comes from the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
